Chris did a great job finding us a house in this super hot market. We managed to get an accepted offer on our third try! Chris also sold our home for us, he negotiated a great deal for us over our asking price. Extremely professional throughout the whole process and made everything very easy for us!

Chris is professional but more importantly makes the process of buying stress free and enjoyable. He is a hawk that does not let an opportunity go unnoticed so you can ensure you see everything the market has to offer. Chris did such a great job selling my house. The whole process seemed really overwhelming for me. Chris always responded to texts and calls quickly. He was there to answer all my questions about what the legal documents said. At one point we had lost an offer and Chris worked his magic and had us a new offer within 24 hours that was better than the first offer! He made the whole stressful situation go very smoothly. I honestly can't imagine the situation working out better and it's all thanks to Chris.

As a Home Inspector for over 25 years in WI, I have noticed that many RE agents become set in their ways after working in the industry for a few years and are often resistant to learning from a different Home Inspector. There is a major difference in the skill sets between RE agents and Home Inspectors, and I realize that if someone hears something from and inspector, though it may not be correct, they may treat that information as gospel. Chris was knowledgeable not just as a RE agent, but his background in construction helped fill in the gap between our different agendas. He shared his experiences and listened to mine. I feel together, we were both looking out for the buyer's best interest, while not being hypercritical of the sellers'. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
